About this game

We all want to better control our emotions and manage stress. ZenVR is the meditation learning system you’ve been looking for! Through instructor-led class experiences, ZenVR will teach you true meditation, not relaxation, and guide you in moving your skills from the mat into your daily life. A growing curriculum of classes built by real meditation teachers and proven in research conducted at Georgia Tech teaches you skills to improve your daily mental health.

Easily incorporate the ZenVR Learning System into your weekly routine. Courses 1 – 4 (approximately half an hour each) are now available. You’ll also get access to Practice Mode, where you can set up personalized sessions to conveniently review techniques and concepts and/or simply perform guided or solo meditations. As we continue to expand our unique offerings, we will be releasing more courses and features!

Version update

If you’ve been following our updates, you’ll know that we’ve been developing a rowing meditation mode for a while!

Inspired by walking meditation and designed from the ground up for XR, our spatial computing-based mobile meditation gives you the chance to experience focused, present-moment use of your body like never before!

Boating mode now available! Just go to the main menu and select “Boat” and start the tutorial. We also invite you to explore completely transformed environments! This update includes a new refresh of The Valley, which has been expanded to pursue our long-term vision for a meditation campus, as well as eventual live multiplayer classes (coming this year).

Your new campus venue is designed to be the perfect environment for all current and future content updates in 2024 and beyond… you’ll notice hints of future features hidden throughout the island! Let us know what you’re most excited about!
